Back Beach Barbecue Opens in Panama City Beach

Serving lunch and dinner daily

WHAT:

The team behind Back Beach Barbecue will officially open their doors to the public Monday, June 19, 2017. Located in the space formerly occupied by Coram’s on Back Beach Road (Panama City Beach Parkway), visitors to Back Beach Barbecue will instantly be greeted by the restaurant’s two Lang reverse flow smokers, fondly known as “Smokey” and “The Bandit”. Dedicated to crafting barbecue the old-fashioned way using stick-burning smokers, Chef/Partner Mark Eichin, and Pitmasters Chris Mack and Shane Kirkland are slow smoking their meats all day over locally sourced oak wood. Meats include brisket, pork, chicken, sausage, turkey and ribs. All meats are served un-sauced, but for those looking to add sauce to their meats, Back Beach Barbecue offers four homemade sauces: House, Spicy Three Pepper, Carolina Mustard and an Alabama White Sauce made with Grayton Beer Company’s Beach Permit Blonde Ale. Continuing its unpretentious, tribute to the classics, Back Beach Barbecue’s menu is simple, yet refined with six sides, homemade desserts, local craft and domestic beers, premium wines and classic sodas such as Topo Chico and Grapico.

Beginning Monday, June 19, Back Beach Barbecue will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner beginning at 11:00 a.m. Just in time for the Fourth of July, those interested in having Back Beach Barbecue cater their holiday parties should call 850-249-0822.
