- We kicked off the Bal Harbour Shops Pop Up Access at Grand Boulevard with the Bienvenu Blanche Launch Party which welcomed hundreds of guests, donning their chicest white fits, to South Walton’s newest premier designer shopping destination!

- A little rain can’t ruin our party! During the 3rd Annual Sip & Splash: An Aquatic Affair Presented By Tim Smith Acura, guests sipped, snacked, sang, and silent auction-ed on June 1 to raise funds for the Emerald Coast Fitness Foundation, Inc. at Legendary Marine!

- Knot a bad day for a ground breaking ceremony for Ships Chandler of Freeport! The second phase of the project will consist of a 12,000-square foot building dedicated to engine repowers, electronics rigging, gelcoat and fiberglass work, as well as boat customization. It will also include a covered boat and RV storage area with 170 spaces that can fit up to 60-foot vessels

- THRILLED to share that Restaurant Paradis raised $14,000 for Food For Thought Outreach Inc from their annual Prohibition Repeal Wine Dinner! This money will go directly toward the 3,000 food-insecure children in our community that are currently enrolled in Food For Thought’s year-round programs.

- Our inaugural event for the Emerald Coast Fitness Foundation was a smashing success! Sip & Splash: An Aquatic Affair presented by Tim Smith Acura featured an elegant night under the stars at the Destin Aquatic Center where guests dined on local fare, sipped on pool-themed cocktails, bid on exciting silent auction items, and much more! We can’t wait to announce how much we raised, stay tuned.

- Proffitt PR recently held its Girls’ Night Out: Arabian Nights at Elephant Walk in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The event raised $12,501 for Shelter House. Shelter House is the state-certified domestic violence shelter, serving victims of domestic violence in Okaloosa and Walton counties. Services include a 24-hour hotline, crisis counseling, advocacy, outreach, primary prevention, transitional housing and confidential shelter.

The local hotspot originated on the Emerald Coast in 1985, and for the past 7 years had been operated as a different concept by Sandestin Resort.
