Jessica Proffitt Bracken
President
Founded in 2011 and nurtured in its early days atop tables at local coffee shops and bookstores, it is now known as the Emerald Coast’s leading firm for public relations, event planning, advertising, branding, and social media – with a host of hundreds of loyal clients to prove it. Over the years Proffitt PR has been honored with a long list of accolades including Best PR and Best Event Planning firm from regional publications like VIP Destin Magazine, Emerald Coast Magazine, and 850 Business Magazine where Proffitt herself was highlighted in their 40 under 40 list. She has served as past president and board member for both the Northwest Florida Coast Public Relations Association (FPRA) and the Young Professionals of Walton County, where she was named FPRA’s For-Profit Communicator of the Year as well as Walton County’s Young Professional of the Year. Twice. In addition to these, she’s held leadership positions for several organizations including the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce, Business Empowered, Destin Women’s Club, the La Lumiere Foundation, and she recently accepted a board position with Ascension Sacred Heart. Through it all, it’s opened the door to a deep-rooted passion for both community and giving back. Jessica has assisted clients and community partners in raising over a million dollars for local charities and shows no signs of stopping, especially when it entails throwing fabulous parties that bring people together. Alongside her philanthropy work and hustling with her Proffitt PR team, she recently added a new title to the list: Mom. To her daughter Stella James. She lives with her husband, daughter and goldendoodle Champ in Santa Rosa Beach, a place they’ve been proud to call home since 1997.
Taylor Petrick
Marketing Manager

Taylor joined the Proffitt PR team as the Marketing Coordinator in April 2018 and became the Marketing Manager in September 2019. Originally born in Arizona, Taylor and her family moved to the Emerald Coast in 2001. She takes great pride in her beach-town roots and moved back to the area after graduating from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. As the Marketing Manager, Taylor handles our client’s press releases, advertising, graphic design facilitation, strategic planning, social media, email marketing, and assists in many areas of event planning and production.

As a military spouse, Taylor has lived in various parts of the U.S., but will always calls the Emerald Coast her home. She now resides in Kansas City with her husband, Erik, and their golden retriever fur-child, Kevin.

Lexi Allen
Digital Coordinator

Lexi became a part of the Proffitt PR team in August 2016. Originally from Joplin, Missouri, Lexi attended the University of Mississippi where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English, with minors in History and Gender Studies. After graduation, Lexi made her move to the beach to enter a career in marketing.

While with Proffitt PR, Lexi has had multiple roles within the company, including Marketing Assistant, Events & Special Projects Coordinator, and now as the Digital Coordinator. Beginning in 2018 Lexi started working remotely, and she now specializes in social media content creation + management and email marketing for all clients. She currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri with her husband, Zach, and their two cats, Mims and Jagger.

Champ Bracken
Barketing Assistant

Champ Bracken is a seven year old, fluffy F1 Goldendoodle. When he’s not leading team meetings, he can be found galavanting along 30A! Champ was recently promoted to Big Brother and is very protective of his new little sister, Stella. Champ loves the Seaside & Rosemary Beach Farmers Market, hiking the trails in Walton County, a weekend dip in his pool, happy hour at Chan’s Watercolor and sunsets in Grayton Beach. Champ is the official mascot of Proffitt PR and is fondly known as the life of the pawty! If you would like to make an appointment with Champ to discuss all of your Barketing needs, he can be reached through any one of the PPR girls.
