Hill Coleman, CPA Firm and Business Advisors is proud to announce they are expanding their business offerings with the addition of international business specialist and tax expert, Yesenia Solís, and certified financial planner and insurance agent, Matthew Novak.
“We are proud to join forces with both Yesenia and Matthew to bring new offerings to our clients in South Walton,” said Hill Coleman founders, Stephanie (Hill) Gainey and Amy Coleman. “With their refined expertise and knowledge, the company will be able to grow to new heights and serve a larger audience of clients than ever before.”
Solís brings over a decade of proven success supporting companies with complex accounting management, tax planning, and corporate structuring. She was previously employed at Visa International, TracFone, and later formed ABBA Business Solutions, where she established a reputation for delivering efficient financial systems, optimizing tax strategies, and structuring businesses to maximize operational and regulatory efficiency. She also has extensive knowledge in relation to both U.S. and Latin American markets, providing Hill Coleman’s clients with a distinct advantage when navigating cross-border business operations, tax requirements, and financial regulations.
“Yesenia’s proven expertise in accounting management, tax planning, and corporate structuring makes her a go-to partner and growth enabler for business owners, helping them streamline finances, maximize profits, and scale with confidence,” Coleman said.
Previously at Morgan Stanley, Novak has over a decade of experience empowering clients to achieve financial clarity and long-term stability. As the founder of Matthew Novak Real Estate, he also brings a unique blend of financial planning expertise and real estate insight to every client relationship. Simultaneously, his role as an Insurance Agent at IAA Insurance Solutions allowed him to further assist clients in building comprehensive protection strategies.
“Matthew’s diverse skill set—spanning financial planning, real estate, and insurance—makes him a trusted advisor and a comprehensive strategist,” Coleman said.
Solis and Novak relocated to South Walton from Miami with the hopes of establishing a firm that combines their backgrounds and years of experience. They have now joined the talented team at Hill Coleman and merged to create Hill Coleman Enterprise LLC. The expansion was led by M&A Advisor Edward Valaitis of Edison Avenue, who also authored the book Exit Like A Winner.
