Ascension Sacred Heart Foundation will host their inaugural gala, Paint the Town Red, presented by The Chapman Family Foundation, on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 6pm at the Boardwalk Hotel Convention Center to celebrate Ascension Sacred Heart Bay’s 75th anniversary with proceeds benefiting the hospital’s cardiovascular services.

Guests will be greeted upon entry with complimentary valet, courtesy of Perry and Young, as well as a glass of champagne, sponsored by Emerald Coast Hospice. The Boardwalk Convention Center will be fully transformed and “painted red” with décor, presented by VITAS Healthcare, as well as florals, sponsored by CENTURY 21 Commander Realty, and a multitude of surprise performances sponsored by Creative Printing of Bay County. VIP sponsors will enjoy a private cocktail pre-party, courtesy of the Cardiovascular Institute, featuring hors d’oeuvres, a violinist, and unlimited cocktails.

Guests will then take their seats for a multi-course, seated dinner presented by Champions First Credit Union as well as Cumi and Gary Walsingham and Family, finished off with dessert presented by Diamond Sponsor, Vituity. Throughout dinner, attendees will hear from various speakers, including doctors, hospital leaders, and inspiring patients whose lives have all been impacted over the past 75 years with Sacred Heart Bay.

The elegant celebration will continue into the night with dancing and live music from the Atlanta Showstoppers. Attendees can also commemorate the anniversary celebration in the photo booth sponsored by Emerald Coast Hospice, or the 360° photo booth, courtesy of Encompass Health.

There will be multiple fundraising opportunities throughout the evening with all proceeds benefiting Sacred Heart Bay Hospital, the community’s only faith-based, not-for-profit hospital. In honor of the “diamond” anniversary, Maharaja’s Fine Jewelry will be showcasing a variety of their dazzling jewelry and provide the opportunity to win a $5,000 shopping spree to their store. There will also be a spirits and wine pull as well as a live auction, each sponsored by Loyalty Credit Union, with renowned auctioneers, Chris and Michael Adcock, who will be auctioning off various high-value items including a second $5,000 shopping spree to Maharaja’s Fine Jewelry.

For those looking to continue the evening, there will be an after party, courtesy of Sandpiper-Beacon Beach Resort, with additional late-night bites and a cash bar.

In honor of Heart Month, guests are encouraged to dress formally in red to show their support. There are a limited number of sponsorship opportunities available and can be reserved at www.givesacredheart.org/events/bay-gala. No individual tickets will be available for sale.
