Costa Family McDonald’s hand delivered 500 Teacher Appreciation Cards, valid for free coffee and soft drinks throughout the school year, to various local schools in Walton County to show their gratitude for the area’s educators.

As a part of their Costa Cares mission, Costa Family McDonald’s is committed to giving back to the various communities surrounding their stores. In honor of their brand-new Santa Rosa Beach location, the Costa team hand delivered 500 free coffee and Teacher Appreciation Cards to local high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools in Walton County, including Bay Elementary School, Dune Lakes Elementary School, Emerald Coast Middle School, the Ohana Institute, Seaside Neighborhood School, South Walton High School, and Van R. Butler Elementary School.

“As our teachers work tirelessly to build tomorrow’s leaders, we are thrilled to show a small token of our appreciation for all of their hard work,” said David Costa Jr., owner of Costa Family McDonald’s.

Each card is valid for one complimentary small, premium roast coffee or soft drink. The offer is valid for one drink per day until the end of the school year and can only be used at Costa Family McDonald’s locations, including Blountstown, Navarre, Madison, Marianna, Panama City, Port St. Joe, and Santa Rosa Beach.

The Costa Cares program was established by Costa Family McDonald’s with the mission to provide outstanding community service through various fundraising efforts such as supporting local schools, partnering with churches, involvement in international and national charities, and offering any help or services that the community may need.
