Wine Down Wednesday, a first-year event hosted by Ascension Sacred Heart Foundation, will take place on Wednesday, September 27 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Ambrosia 30A in Inlet Beach. All proceeds raised will benefit Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast NICU and Family Birth Place.
Guests will enter the coastal restaurant’s outdoor patio and delight in heavy hors ‘d’oeuvres from Ambrosia’s talented culinary team, including snapper nigiri, tuna tartare cones, mini beef wellington, lobster rolls, blinis with caviar, and fresh ceviche. Guests will also receive two complimentary glasses of Caymus Wines to accompany the decadent bites.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a wine pull, sponsored by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, and listen to live music by Jacob Mohr. Boo Media will be photographing the evening while fresh florals outfit the tables, courtesy of 1920 & Co.
Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast NICU opened in 2020 and cares for infants born prematurely up to two months early, who weigh more than 3.3 pounds. The comprehensive group of caregivers includes board-certified neonatologists, neonatal nurses, immunologists, and nutritionists, along with a team of specialized nurses, support staff and volunteers. The Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast Family Birth Place delivers personalize care for women before, during, and after their pregnancy. Their experienced team offers personalized care for mom and baby, as well as OB-GYNs, certified nurse midwives, maternal-fetal medicine (MFM), and childbirth classes.
