Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, one of the country’s fastest-growing real estate brokerages with more than 2,000 agents and over $6 billion in annual sales, announced the promotion of Chris Sause, manager and associate broker of the company’s Miramar Beach and Santa Rosa Beach offices, to area Vice President of the Okaloosa and Walton county market areas along with the promotion of licensed agent Bethany Little to Branch Manager of the Niceville, Fla. branch.

Sause joined the company in 2010 and began serving as manager in 2016. Committed to the brokerage’s mission of providing a gateway to an enhanced quality of life and better financial opportunities for clients, sales professionals and staff, Sause has maintained a well-deserved reputation as one of the region’s top performers while leading his offices to substantial sales volume and market share growth.

Little earned her real estate license in 2003 and joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty in 2016. Her background includes specialization in new construction and general resale.
