fab’rik Raises Hundreds of Dollars for Dog Harmony
The community, shoppers, animal lovers and furry friends gathered at fab’rik’s Grand Boulevard location in support of the store’s ‘Gal’entine’s Day Social on Thursday, February 9, 2017. The women’s boutique raised $653.36 for Dog Harmony, a volunteer-run non-profit organization, coordinating compatible matches between canines in need with well-suited human companions while providing education and training to ensure devoted, lifetime unions.
The pet friendly event included champagne cocktails from Smileology – Santa Rosa Beach, light bites from Cantina Laredo and sweet treats from Tommy Bahama Restaurant and Bar. Guests enjoyed sipping and shopping fab’rik’s incredible women’s fashions to the tunes of Hope Given and enjoyed a photo booth by Epic Photo Co. In addition to donating a portion of the evening’s proceeds, funds were also raised through a doggy kissing both and donation jars.
Funds raised from fab’rik’s event will directly benefit dogs currently seeking adoption such as Brandy, a 10-week-old, female puppy who was recently placed in Dog Harmony’s care. If you are seeking more information on how you can help or adopt, please visit http://dog-harmony.org.
