DESTIN, Fla. (September 24, 2018) – Last month, Century 21 Blue Marlin Pelican (C21BMP) celebrated 10 years of business by hosting the company’s chief executive officer, Nick Bailey, to speak on the most recent branding changes within Century 21 and how to defy mediocrity in the world of real estate.

Bailey was appointed president and CEO for Century 21 Real Estate LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Realogy Holdings Corp. in Aug. 2017. Bailey leads the iconic Century 21 brand along with the 8,000 independently owned and operated offices with more than 118,000 independent sales professionals in 80 countries and territories worldwide. He is a leader in franchising, brokerage, management, and technology, and is known as a trailblazing revenue-generating operator who increases margins while mitigating the impact of economic change.

Bailey traveled from the company headquarters in Madison, N.J. to the Emerald Grande at HarborWalk Village for an exclusive meet and greet with the high-earning agents of C21BMP, the largest branch of Century 21 in the panhandle ranking among the top 50 in the country. Bailey discussed the methodical thought process behind the company’s recent rebranding and how it will carry them into the next decade and beyond. He also spoke to agents about the various, out-of-the-box ways to conduct business in order to garner the most attention and produce the most sales in today’s modern world of real estate.

“We are so excited to have Nick leading the way for Century 21 and even more excited to showcase everything Blue Marlin Pelican has accomplished over the last decade,” said Jerry Sullivan, co-owner and broker of C21BMP. “I had the pleasure of being on the first panel in the Bahamas last year when Nick was introduced as the new CEO, and as we have continued to form a great friendship, I have complete faith in Nick’s vision for the company moving forward.”

After Bailey spoke, agents had the opportunity to network while also enjoying some time out of the office to celebrate their individual successes, including a complimentary lunch from Crab Island Cantina, a sunset dolphin cruise provided by Boogies Watersports, and dinner courtesy of Landshark’s Pizza Company.
