Wine education and tasting sponsored by Krueger, Fosdyck, & Associates of Merrill Lynch

WALTON COUNTY, Fla. (August 20, 2018)- The Young Professionals of Walton County (YPWC) will host a wine education and tasting event on Thursday, September 13, 2018, from 5:30pm – 7:30pm at NEAT, a thoughtfully curated bottle shop and tasting room in Alys Beach, Florida.

Entitled Wine Wise, this month’s YPWC networking event will give attendees the unique opportunity to learn differences between each bottle being sampled, how to properly hold a wine glass, ideal food pairings and more. In addition to the educational aspect, Wine Wise will include small bites provided by NEAT and entertainment provided by Chris Alvarado. Those who attend will have a chance to win a wine-themed raffle basket courtesy of Krueger, Fosdyck, & Associates of Merrill Lynch.

The two-hour long event will be led by Cory Fosdyck, Senior Vice-President/Senior Resident Director at Krueger, Fosdyck, & Associates of Merrill Lynch. The founder of the Young Professionals of Walton County’s former namesake, YP @ the Beach, Fosdyck served as the chairman for the group’s first two years in existence. Fosdyck is currently the chairman of Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation and has completed curriculum for the French Wine Scholar Certification, the equivalent to a Level II Sommelier.

“Wine Wise” is sponsored by Krueger, Fosdyck, & Associates of Merrill Lynch, a leader in local financial guidance and wealth management services. Additional event sponsors include Clutch Media Works, Eloquent Signs, Epic Photo Co., and Land Air Sea Productions.
