(September 26, 2017) – Over one year since announcing construction on the Point Washington Apartments, the now appointed “The Sanctuary at 331 Apartments,” will welcome residents as early as Fall of 2017. The visionaries behind the residences coming to Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, W Development Inc. and Hunt Companies, have unveiled new branding created to highlight the lifestyle and communal experience that the 11 building, three-story, garden style apartments and clubhouse will offer.
